There are some tricks to cooking grass-fed pasture-raised beef to be tender. 

*Always make sure steaks and roasts are at room temperature before searing or grilling

*Cook at a lower temperature than when cooking grain-fed beef

*Due to the leaner nature you may want to add a little bit of fat to the pan when browning.  (Lard of course is our fat of choice)
