We are located at 405 CR 61, Granby, CO. 1/4 mile North of Middle Park High school. Look for the log house with the large Chocolate milk trailer (no we don’t sell chocolate milk, or any kind of milk) and the sign on the porch that says “Farm Store Pickup”

Need to send us something?

Use PO Box 134, Granby, CO 80446 for anything sent by USPS. We don’t get mail to the farm
