Filet-Wild Caught Salmon

Pride Wild Alaskan Seafood: Our salmon harvest begins on our boat where it is hand picked by professional fisherman within boutique fleet, bled(only done for top grade salmon) and  immediately put into one of our commercial onboard refrigeration systems ,  which keeps the fish fresh and from becoming oxidized and fishy. From here, it is tendered to our contracted FDA regulated processor where it’s professionally flash frozen, deboned, and vacuumed packed and made ready for the high end market. Once the fish  is done processing, Fisherman’s Pride buys back a portion of the top grade catch and delivers it via freezer truck from Seattle port to Colorado.
